Tony and I just barely celebrated our one year anniversary. We had a fantastic time. We celebrated most of our special day on Saturday instead of Sunday. In the morning Tony told me he had a church meeting to go go and I believed him because he has been to meetings every other week. Instead he left me in bed sleeping, went to the store and got flowers, a lovely vase, and a card. Once I woke up we got showers then we decided to go by in n' out and get some burgers and fries, and take them down to Springville to have breakfast with my family. Once we were done visiting all of our family down there we came back home and got all ready for the night. Tony took me to Sears and we got our pictures taken, and then we went to Applebee's and had a fabulous dinner. Then we came home and watched a movie together and then fell asleep.
On Sunday I got a little sick so we missed church, but as the day went on I felt better. For dinner I made lasagna, breadsticks, a salad, and a cake. Then we watched another movie.
I loved our anniversary. It is so wonderful to know that through all the bumps in the road we are able to stand side by side and accomplish things together. I love Tony with all my heart.

Day 8 - Short Term goals for this month and why
My short term goals for this month is to complete my whole workbook for my class, get the whole entire house how I want it, put up a Christmas tree and Christmas decorations, study for all my tests, finish up all my undone projects. The reason I want to finish my whole workbook is so I can get through my class faster so hopefully I will be able to get a job and then I will be out of class full of immature high school students with some immature adults. I would like to get the whole entire house clean and organized so it will finally be done and it will feel like home. I want to put up a Christmas tree because I am way excited to get to decorate one and I just love the season and all the decorations will help me feel more into the Christmas spirit. I want to study for all my tests so I can pass them all on the first round and so I can again get out of a class and away from all the immature people. I want to finish all my unfinished projects because then I will feel accomplished and I won't have projects sitting out everywhere.

Day 7 - Something or Somebody that has a huge impact on me

Family has a major impact on my life. I would have to say without Tony and I don't know where I would be today. Without my mom I probably wouldn't know some of the things I know today. My dad has a huge impact on my life because he does so much for me -- he has been there for a lot of things. I know right before my Tony's and I's wedding I was having a hard day and my dad had me sit by him on the couch and he just gave me a huge hug and just let me let it all out and he helped me out so much. Tony's family has a impact on me because they let us move in with them right after we got married. I wouldn't really know them without that. I am grateful for me whole entire family -- Extended, Immediate, A mom and dad, brother, Parents-in-law's, sister in laws, brother in laws.
Day 6 - favorite Superhero and why

I think my favorite superhero would be The Savior. Why would he be my superhero. Well lets break the word down.
Super - of the highest degree, power, etc.
Hero - a man of distinguished courage or ability, admired for his brave deeds and noble qualities
The Savior is at the highest degree and is a man of distinguished courage and ability.
The Savior has played a huge role in my life. I couldn't be where I am today without him. He has done so much to help me on my way through life. I love my Savior. I look up to him. Everyday I try to be more like him by being Christ-Like.

Day 4 - A habit I wish I didn't have
There are lots of habits I wish I didn't have. Just to name a few they would be biting my fingernails off, leaving dishes for the next day that becomes the next day, putting off stuff for tomorrow, going right behind everybody when they move and cleaning up. One of the biggest habits that I wish I didn't have is becoming angry with stuff when it isn't any big deal. Like when I don't feel like I did well on a test and then I get really mad at myself when I got an 80% instead of a 90%.

Day 2 - The Name behind our blog
Well let's see here. The name behind our blog would come from the fact that our last name is Lefler, and we are The Lefler's. And we were married in November 2009. So there you go. Our blog name in a nut shell.

A little catching up.
Wow! How time has gotten by me. I know I promised pictures of our new apartment but I am trying to get everything in order before I take pictures. What has been going on in the Lefler household you may ask -- well lets see here. Tony and I have both been called to new callings in our new ward. I am now a cub scout den leader. Tony is the Assistant Ward mission leader. I am almost half way through school now and I am enjoying every minute of it but I am looking forward to being out of classes and being in the real field doing hands on stuff. Tony is working for an electrical company in the Salt Lake area and going to school while he works. We are both trying to get back into uvu. I would love to do some continuing education. (Yes, If I could make school a career and get paid for it that is what I would choose.) Tony wants to get back into uvu so he can actually get a different career path than the one he has now. We have almost been married a year and what a wonderful year it has been. We have loved every minute of it. I know some people think that we are silly but we absolutely enjoy laughing and having fun together. Life is great at the Lefler home. And we are looking forward to another wonderful year together. We are very excited for the many new things to come like: my graduation and One of Tony's AWESOME brothers to come home from his mission.
